Terms of Service

Terms for using 300log, including account access, subscriptions, automatic OSHA filing, your responsibility to verify your records, and the limits of our liability.

Last updated October 1, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (and, if you use 300log on behalf of an organization, that organization) and 300log ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of 300log (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and control of your account, for every person you invite to your workspace, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Paddle

Paid plans are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage billing from the account page when Paddle portal access is available.

Your responsibility to review and verify

300log is a tool that helps you prepare and keep records. It does not replace your own judgment or your obligations under the law. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all information you enter, import, scan or approve, and of every record, form, summary, file or submission produced with the Service.
  • Before you certify, post, print, download, rely on or authorize the submission of any record, you will review and verify it independently against your own source information and the applicable regulations, including 29 CFR Part 1904.
  • Calculations, recordability guidance, prefilled fields, scanned or extracted data, deadline reminders, validations and other outputs of the Service are provided for convenience only and may contain errors or omissions, including errors caused by the Service itself.
  • Your recordkeeping, certification (29 CFR 1904.32), posting, retention and reporting obligations remain yours at all times, whether or not you use the Service, and are not transferred to us by any feature, filing authorization or support communication.

OSHA filing

Automatic filing is optional. 300log files only the establishments and years you authorize, using your own OSHA ITA API token. By authorizing a filing, you confirm that you have reviewed and verified the data and that you are permitted to submit it to OSHA.

  • Scheduled submission is provided on a best-effort basis. The job runs during OSHA's filing window and retries when OSHA's service is unavailable or returns a temporary error.
  • We do not guarantee that OSHA will accept a submission, that the Injury Tracking Application will be available, that a submission will be transmitted correctly or completely, or that it will be completed before any deadline.
  • You are responsible for confirming in the workspace and with OSHA that each required submission was received and accepted, and for taking any action needed to meet your deadlines.
  • 300log is recordkeeping software, not legal, safety or compliance advice. Guidance in the Service and on this site is general information about OSHA's rules and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and as intended:

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, payment checks, or rate limits.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service without permission.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, OUTPUTS AND FILINGS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY ERROR WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL 300LOG OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY FINES, PENALTIES, CITATIONS, ABATEMENT COSTS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, ANY RECORD OR OUTPUT, OR ANY FILING OR FAILURE TO FILE, EVEN IF CAUSED BY AN ERROR, DEFECT, OUTAGE OR OMISSION IN THE SERVICE AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; IN THAT CASE OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 300log and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your records, the information you provide, any filing you authorize, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or regulation.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
