Your filing year

One payment covers the whole year

OSHA recordkeeping runs on a fixed calendar: record cases all year, post last year's 300A from February 1 and file it with the ITA by March 2. Every plan is paid once and covers all of it.

Included in every paid plan

Everything, and exactly what each part needs

Starter, Business and Enterprise include every part below and differ in establishments and OSHA submissions per year. The Free Edition prepares the 300A and 300 log. Here is what each part does and where your data goes.

  1. 01

    OSHA 300 Log

One line per recordable case, per establishment and year. Privacy cases print as “Privacy Case”, never by name.

    • Saved to your account
  2. 02

    OSHA 301 incident reports

A guided report behind every case, checked field by field before you mark it complete.

    • Saved to your account
  3. 03

    OSHA 300A summary

Totals roll up from the log. A total can only be overridden with a reason, and cross-checks run before you certify.

    • Saved to your account
  4. 04

    Filing center

Forms 300, 300A and 301 as PDFs, plus the 300A and case-data CSVs in the upload format of OSHA's ITA.

    • Made on this device
    • You upload them at the ITA
  5. 05

    Automatic ITA filing

Submits the 300A, and the 300/301 case data where OSHA requires it, through OSHA's API with your own ITA token.

    • Google or email sign-in
    • Your ITA API token
    • Sends an authorized snapshot
    How automatic filing works
    1. 1

      Connect your token

In OSHA's ITA (signed in with Login.gov), open View Your API Token and paste it into 300log. It is verified with OSHA, stored encrypted, and only its last four characters are ever shown.

    2. 2

      Authorize a finished year

For one establishment and one completed year, the filing checks run and a snapshot is locked. If your records change later, the workspace tells you, and you can authorize again.

    3. 3

Submitted as soon as you authorize

The snapshot goes to OSHA right after you authorize it (authorize before January 2 and it goes out when the ITA opens). If the ITA is unavailable, it retries automatically, up to five attempts. After March 2 it still files through December 31, marked late.

    4. 4

      Confirmation

When OSHA accepts it, you see OSHA's submission ID in 300log and get it by email (OSHA also emails its own confirmation to your ITA account). If a filing needs attention, we email you what to fix. A later correction is a resubmission with a change reason.

Employee names and addresses, physicians and treatment facilities are never sent. An executive still certifies your 300A, and you decide whether a case is recordable.

Where to find your ITA token(osha.gov, PDF, opens in a new tab)
  6. 06

    Scan a report (optional)

Photograph or upload a paper report to prefill a case for you to review.

    • Works on your phone
    • You review every field
  7. 07

    Installable app

Install it on a phone or desktop. It opens full screen, and your records load from your account whenever you're online.

    • Nothing to set up

How does the Free Edition work?

Sign in with Google or an email address and you start on the Free Edition: one establishment with no injuries or illnesses, with the 300A and 300 log to prepare and print. No card is needed. When you need to log a case, add establishments or file with OSHA, pick Starter, Business or Enterprise. The free tools on this site never need an account.

What's the difference between the plans?

How much you file. Starter covers one establishment and one submission to OSHA a year; Business up to 10 establishments, 10 submissions and unlimited users; Enterprise unlimited establishments, 100 submissions and advanced notifications. Every plan is billed once a year and renews until you cancel. The Free Edition prepares and prints the 300A and 300 log for one establishment with no injuries or illnesses.

Do you charge per establishment or per user?

There are no per-seat or per-location fees. Each plan includes a number of establishments (1 on Starter, up to 10 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise), and Business and Enterprise include unlimited users.

Where are my records stored?

Securely in your 300log account. Only you and the people you invite can open them, and they're there on any device you sign in on. Nothing goes to OSHA until you authorize a filing.

Does 300log file with OSHA for me?

Yes. Connect the API token from your own ITA account and authorize each establishment and year; 300log submits it to OSHA's ITA right after you authorize, retries automatically if the ITA is unavailable, shows OSHA's submission ID and emails you the result. Prefer to file yourself? The ITA CSV is still one click away. Either way, your company stays responsible for its records and for certifying the 300A.

What happens to my records if I cancel?

They stay where they are. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your records stay in your account; cancelling never deletes them, and you can download a backup any time.

How do I cancel?

Open your account and choose Manage subscription to reach Paddle's customer portal, then cancel there.

Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund within 30 days of payment, and every request is reviewed. Email [email protected] with your account email and purchase date.

Who processes the payment?

Paddle, our merchant of record. It runs the checkout, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt.
